You are the rightful owner of the funds being donated.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once processed, they cannot be withdrawn, canceled, or charged back.
Donations are used to support the growth of KyCreekers, including content production, equipment, and community projects.
We deeply appreciate your support every contribution helps us continue preserving and sharing Kentucky history.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted once an order is placed.

Orders under $100: Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Orders $100 or more: KyCreekers will cover all standard shipping costs within the United States.

We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier once an item has left our possession.
